Hello! My name is Brian Brown. I'm the Business Development Director for Grand Welcome of Monterey Bay.
I am pleased to bring over 20 years in vacation rentals, real estate, and banking to our team. I understand the rental market, the competition and always consult with honesty and build relationships with each of our homeowners, building bridges of unwavering trust.
I'm genuinely excited about the chance to connect with you and explore how we can work together.
When I’m not busy working with current or prospective owners, I enjoy spending time with my wife and young sons, coaching sports and enjoying the outdoors.

What’s not to love!? You’ve got 100 miles of coastline with some of the most picturesque photo ops and sunsets in the world. One of my favorite local restaurants is From Scratch in Carmel. The cinnamon roll pancakes and brisket chili will change your life!

Hi! I’m Denise Turner, the proud owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay. With over 30 years of experience in property management—and a background in business administration, leadership and marketing—I’ve had the joy of leading talented teams, managing diverse portfolios, and helping both guests and homeowners make the most of their property experiences.
My passion for leadership doesn’t stop at work. I’ve been honored to give back to causes close to my heart, including serving as a Walk Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association. Community means everything to me, and I bring that same heart and dedication into every home we manage.

Hi, I’m Joseph Cox, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay. I started my career in the industry as an on-site property manager. I’ve always been able to connect with people and that’s always been an asset in this role where I’m in front of people every day and responsible for marketing and public relations.
I have an upbeat personality and an ability to analyze situations from many different angles making my personality a natural fit for property management.
I spend my days caring for their properties and homes, proving both our guests and homeowners with unparalleled dedication. I get to work with amazing people from all over the world, and look forward to working with you.

I love the Monterey area for the coastal attractions and enjoying the community. The small-town feel, warmth and welcoming faces are the biggest draw! Hi, I’m Kyle Vickroy, owner and operator of Grand Welcome Monterey Bay. I was born and raised in San Francisco but have called Monterey home for the past 10 years.
As a retired USAF veteran, I was stationed at DLI Presidio of Monterey, where I became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. My passion for hospitality spans over a decade, having worked with top brands like Marriott, Westin, and Hyatt.
I’m proud to lead Grand Welcome Monterey Bay, helping homeowners maximize their rental potential while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
